Photos and floorplans history

In 2009 Hips and Pics was formed providing Home Information Packs to clients with the benefit of free photography and floorplanning with every HIP pack, a move which proved incredibly popular! Unfortunately, after the 2010 general election the incoming government decided to 'suspend' HIPs indefinitely and so a few weeks later the re-brand to Photos and Floorplans was inevitable.

Although the brand of Hips and Pics started in 2009, the company's roots go way back to 2004, when in partnership with an old associate, Robert Waller (director of Photos and Floorplans) was asked to provide photography, floorplans and 360 degree images to a fledgling SW London agent.
Providing a quick turn around on content and offering very competitive pricing, our reputation started to grow amongst other agents in the area and the company soon expanded its client base. The partnership continued until 2009 when it was eventually realised that the original partnership was ready to split and at that point Robert Waller took the step of going it alone with the birth of Hips and Pics .

Currently, Photos and Floorplans maintains a large client list, comprising a number of national chains as well as many small independents, property developers and private landlords/property owners. 

Services

Photography: including elevated mast photography, 360 degree imaging, virtual tours and HDR (High Dynamic Range) imaging.

Floorplanning: including self sketch plans, coloured plans and land registry compliant Leaseplans.

Brochures: printed property particulars and window cards

Service standards

We will endeavour to attend all of our appointments within 48hr's of booking or sooner, and we would normally expect our staff to arrive within 20 minutes of the appointment time given.

All photography work will normally be delivered to the client overnight where possible. Floorplans, Leaseplans and EPC’s may take longer due to the nature of the work involved.
